TruSpeed Speedo Correction Unit

We stock the Truspeed unit.  It is the only unit we know of that will successfully correct the speedo reading on the Land Rover Discovery and vehicles with electronic speedos.

Simple and easy to fit, it allows the vehicle to run 2 sets of tyres and change the speedo to suit with the flick of a switch.  Having a correct speedo reading is a must if you are trying to get your vehicle "engineered" before registering it after modifications.

Apart from providing peace of mind and potentially saving your licence, the unit returns the correct speed reading to the onboard electronics, improving driveability, performance and economy.

The cost of speeding can be high, and it is much easier to speed if your speedo reading is out by 15%.  The cost of 1 speeding fine can outweigh the cost of the Truspeed unit.  Here is the table of speeding fines from Victoria:
