Lifting a Vehicle

There are a number of reasons to lift a vehicle.  These include better approach and departure angles, more underbody clearance, and the ability to fit larger tyres.

We recommend Bilsein shock absorbers.  Bilsein is one of the oldest makers of shock absorbers in the world and have been making shocks for racing and off-road applications for over 40 years.  Other shocks are cheaper but none work better.

We have our springs custom made to our specifications by an Australian spring manufacturer with over 20 years experience.

For vehicles with Airbag suspension, also know as SLS or Self Levelling Suspension, we have designed unique lift kits that come with extended bumpstops, and have been specifically designed to suit Australian conditions.

Unlike some, we do not recommend that SLS vehicles be retrofitted with coil springs.  We believe that with our spacers, the SLS suspension can provide a far superior and flexible 4wd experience than a set of standard springs.
